Summer Stick and Ring

Looking for a way to keep your ringette skills fresh over the hot summer months? Join your friends at Summer Stick and Ring! This is an informal practice session that is largely self-directed by players: rings are available for use, and coaches will offer support as requested, but we're looking for self-starters who want to develop their shot or work on their edge work. We'll help you work on your skills as long as you have the focus and energy. Bring a goalie friend and practice your defensive triangle or your breakaway!

Registration is available for all regional players, and costs only $60 for the whole summer. More details below:

• Dates: July 7, 14, 21, 28 and August 11, 18 
• Time: Players are on the ice from 5:30pm to 6:30pm (except August 11, which is 7:30pm)
• Cost: $60 for all six sessions
• Location: Gravenhurst Arena
