Macgregors Meat Fundraiser

We are proud to announce that we are bringing back the very popular MacGregors Meats Fundraiser this year. It's had great reviews in the past, so we're bringing it back to help us reach a summer goal for our association: NEW portable shot clocks for use during our season. Last year we raised over $800 for the Muskoka Ringette Association and our plan is to double that effort - but we need your help!

Why Shot Clocks?

Anyone who's worked the shot clocks in Bala over the last couple of years know that our beloved portable shot clocks are on their last legs. While we'll use the shot clocks most often for games in Bala, we can also used these new clocks for other exhibition games throughout the region - helping to bring ringette to more people!

We need another $1500 to get our shot clocks replaced - and we're hoping this fundraiser will help do the job! 

Ordering Details 

The Muskoka Royals are partnering with Macgregors Meat to bring some great food to your table and fundraising to support our players as they grow! This fundraiser is taking part over the next two weeks and we'll have some great products ready to go! 

Here's how it works: 

1. Use the Customer Order Form (linked here) to tell your friends and family about the opportunity for purchases. You keep this form.
2. Use the Sellers Order Form (linked here) to collect all your orders, and submit it to Karilyn Collee (our Director of Fundraising). Keep track of your orders, you'll need to know who to give what after pick-up. If you're not going to be at the rink, you can email a picture of your Sellers Order Form to Karilyn at fundraising@muskokaroyals.com (with the subject line "Macgregors - [Player Name]" so we can keep track)
3. The Muskoka Royals will submit a group order on April 25, 2026. 
4. Pick-up is on May 2, 2026 at 10:00am. You pick up your whole order, and then distribute to friends and family.

A few notes:

• Need to know what each item is? Click here for a Product Information Guide of all the options available to you!
• All orders are due by April 24, 2026 at 5:00pm - we need time to order from Macgregors.
• Delivery will be on May 2, 2026 at 10:00am, with pick-up happening in the Centennial Centre parking lot.
• Payment is due in cash or you can pay by eTransfer to contact@muskokaroyals.com (please put your player name and "Macgregors Fundraiser" in the notes field, so we know what it's for!)
• Payment must be made in one lump sum. You're welcome to collect cash or eTransfers from your customers, but we can only accept one payment per submission to keep finances clear.

Talk to whoever you know who loves a great BBQ in the backyard, or whose mouth starts to water when talking about smoking meat on a Traegar, who loves great tasting food in general, and someone who loves to support local sports teams - these products really do sell themselves, and this is a great way to stock up for the summer!
